The turn over ceremony of improvement of Brgy. Road is held in Lipason, Pilar, Sorsogon on July 2, 2018. The ceremony is led by Engr. Arthur John S. Garchitorena, attended by Capt. Randy Manzanero and Ex-capt. Wilfreda Navaro. The event is started with a prayer and followed by a speech from Engr. Arthur, after of the speech the awarding of plaque is initiated. There is also a small celebration.
