The Office of the Municipal Assessor ensure that all laws and policies governing the appraisal and assessment of all Real Properties within its territorial jurisdiction for taxation purposes are properly and equitably executed. It shall responsible for the establishment, installation and maintenance of a system of tax mapping and efficient record administration. It will monitor the the updating of established program (AutoCAD) used in tax mapping. It will also update ownership in the tax declaration to the new owner on the basis of transfer, subdivision or consolidation. It shall also issue upon request of any interested party, certified true copies of assessment records of real property and all records relative to its assessment.
