Outstanding Service Performers receive commendation from SB and PRAISE
The Sangguniang Bayan and the Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) Committee award commendation to the outstanding service performers today, 0ctober 25, 2021 during the Flag Raising Ceremony at Bonifacio Covered Court.
The Hall of Fame Outstanding Award for the Municipal Accounting Office, Green Banner Award in Nutrition for the Municipal Nutrition Committee, Ms. Maricel Mapusao as Bicol’s 1st Outstanding Municipal Nutrition Action Officer (MNAO),Pilar Municipal Police Station for the successful enforcement of Curfew in the Municipality , ZOD Team for being instrumental in bagging the award for Pilar as Most Improved LGU in Environmental Health Services and Special Area for Agricultural Development(SAAD) for their meritorious service as program partner.
The Municipal Accounting Office headed by Accountant Fernando G. Millano had been a consistent awardee for their Outstanding performance in ensuring quality, timeliness and accuracy of their financial reports for three consecutive years placing them to the Hall of Fame for Most Outstanding Accounting Office in 2019 Agap Award and 2020 nominee for Most Outstanding Accounting Office Platinum Award.
Green Banner Award on the other hand demonstrates the exemplary performance of the Municipal Nutrition Committee in the Regional Level Category on nutrition program implementation. One of the highest recognition given to LGU Pilar with excellent implementation and management towards nutritional programs.
Ms. Maricel M. Mapusao, MNAO is also commended after being awarded as the very first Outstanding Local Nutrition Action Officer in the Bicol Region bestowed by the National Nutrition for Bicol.
The enforcement of curfew in the municipality of Pilar was successfully implemented by the Pilar Municipal Police Station led by PMAJ Ferwelo. With this, Pilar MPS personnel were recognized for their valuable contributions, successful implementation of COVID-19 ordinances, COVID-19 national protocols and OPLAN SITA.
Moreover, the Zero Open Defecation Team was commended as well for the pioneering effort of making Pilar the Most Improved LGU in Environmental Health Services this year.
Furthermore, the Special Area for Agricultural Development Program (SAAD) staff has also been recognized for their passion and dedication in serving, mentoring and catering the needs of Pilar farmers and fisherfolks. The SAAD program uplifts the economic condition of its beneficiaries and alleviate them from poverty.
Exemplary performances gave pride and honor to the Pilar and will serve as a beacon of inspiration to every employee with utmost desire in serving the community.
