In her message during the 1st Flag Raising Ceremony in the new LGU-Complex, Mayor Sweet introduced to the LGU-Pilar family the replacement member of SB. Hon. Cano took his Oath of Office on February 8, 2022 before Gov. Francis G. Escudero. He was nominated by Hon. Mark Mendoza of National People’s Coalition (NPC) to fill-up the vacancy due to the demise of the late Hon. Rafael P. Siao.

Hon. Cano, who has four months to serve before the May 2022 election, gladly accepts the challenge of serving Pilar to the best interest of its people.
