Pilar, Sorsogon - CSC Acting Provincial Director Marife L. Luzuriaga awards the RESOLUTION on PRIME-HRM Bronze Award Maturity Level II on February 13, 2023 during the Flag Raising Ceremony of LGU-Pilar Officials and Employees. Mayor Carolyn C. Sy-Reyes thanked the CSC for the assistance extended to Pilar since it started the preparation.
