PILAR, SORSOGON- Mayor Carolyn C. Sy-Reyes and DOLE Livelihood Specialist, Mark Duana lead the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony of Beauty and Wellness Spa, a DOLE-Assisted livelihood undertaking of Esperanza Solo Parents Rural Workers Association( ESParWA). The activity was held in barangay Esperanza, on March 20,2024. Mayor Sweet encouraged the Association to take the best efforts to make the project sustainable and hope to have another branch of Spa in the future, that way, the government would get the best gesture of gratitude from the beneficiaries.
