PILAR MAYOR AS RESOURCE SPEAKER FOR THE 34th NATIONAL CONVENTION OF LOCAL PLANNERS OF THE PHILIPPINES
PILAR, SORSOGON- The 34th Annual National Convention of the League of Local Planning and Development Coordinators of the Philippines, Inc., held in Sorsogon from April 15 to 19, 2024 at Sorsogon Convention Center, Sorsogon City is hosted by Sorsogon Planners Association, Inc. (SorPIAss) with the theme: Building Sustainable Future: Effective Local Planning and Development of Smart LGUs.
Pilar Mayor Carolyn C. Sy- Reyes talked about Smart Governance Towards Smart LGUs.
The Mayor highlighted Pilar’s continuing quest for Excellence in Local Governance which gave Pilar a driving force to consistently endeavor to take ACTION to embrace all the facets of being a Smart LGU like Accountability, Community-First, Transparency, Innovation, Outcome- focused Planning,and Networking.
She humbly manifests that Pilar is making its best effort to take the most crucial steps reaching its dream to becoming one of the Smart LGUs in the nation.(Pilar PIO)
