Top 10 offices bag awards as TOP in Performance Rating
PILAR, SORSOGON- LGU Pilar Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) Committee on Monday, May 6, awarded the Top 10 performing offices with highest rating in OPCR/DPCR for July to December 2023 rating period.
The Office of the Secretary to the Sangguniang Bayan (OSSB) topped with 4.92 rating, followed by Market, Motorpool, Gender and Development, Planning and Development Office, Solid Waste Processing Plan, Office of the Budget Officer, Office of the Human Resource Management Officer, Office of the Municipal Treasurer, Public Employment Service Office, and Port.
Mayor Carolyn C. Sy-Reyes, along with Vice Mayor Luis Leosala Jr., Sangguniang Bayan members, and the PRAISE Committee members, presented the certificates of recognition to the heads of offices and their personnel during the regular flag-raising ceremony of the LGU family at the Pilar Sorsogon Local and National Government Complex.
Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR) is a performance management tool that contains employees’ commitments to the attainment of office goals and objectives submitted every semester to the Office of the Human Resource Management Officer. While Division Performance Commitment and Review (DPCR) refers to the principal document used to evaluate the commitments and performance of Division Managers/Section Chiefs/ Unit Heads in accordance with the office strategic plan.
The recognition is a testament of one's commitment to improving public service delivery and effective public administration, which are part of the LGU Pilar's vision, mission, quality policies and objectives.
