LGU-PILAR TAKES ACTION TO SAN ANTONIO SAPA ES FIRE INCIDENT
PILAR, SORSOGON- Personnel from the Offices of the Municipal Mayor, Engineer, PESO and General Services proceeded to San Antonio Sapa Elementary School today, July 22, 2024 to bring necessary services after the fire incident last night , July 21, 2024 at about 6:00 PM that destroyed three-classroom-building and partially damaged one adjacent classroom. The Office of the Municipal Engineer with the Electrical Engineer and Civil Engineer administer the Damage Assessment and Ocular Inspection necessary in the preparation of the Assessment and Rehabilitation Report. The PESO anticipates the mobilization of the TUPAD Workers in the clearing operation in the area which is non- hazardous in nature.
The Office of the Mayor assures the action to be undertaken to help ease the burden laid on the shoulder of the Principal, Ms. Nessie De Ocampo, to restore what was taken out by the incident. She is hopeful that the start of the class will still be as normal as it is expected despite the losses and damages incurred due to the dismal incident.
The initial Incident Report from the Pilar BFP is expected to reach the Office of the Mayor anytime today. (Pilar PIO)
