This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard. 

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. PG SORSOGON and LGU PILAR HOLD GROUNDBREAKING OF THE 11.5 KM ROAD OPENING PROJECT IN PILAR

PILAR, SORSOGON. Another project was realized today, July 29, 2024 at 7 o'clock in the morning as Sorsogon Governor Edwin " Boboy" Hamor and Pilar Mayor Carolyn "Sweet" Sy-Reyes broke ground for the 11.5 km Road Opening Project from Barangay Bayasong to Barangay Malbog, this municipality.

Key personalities from the Provincial Government of Sorsogon and Local Government of Pilar and the barangay leaders are in attendance. According to Municipal Administrator of Pilar, Engr Arthur John Garchitorena, people who were present reached up to 200 persons to witness the ground breaking ceremony. The project was dubbed as PATRABAHO SAN KAPITOLYO NAN MUNISIPYO PARA SA PROGRESO. (Pilar PIO)
