PILAR EARNS ITS 6TH CHILD-FRIENDLY SEAL


PILAR, SORSOGON.  Today, the 9th of May 2025 marks Pilar's 6th Award being a PASSER of the Seal of Child-Friendly Local Governance (CFLG) having complied the minimum requirements for the five key indicators, namely; Survival , Development, Protection, Participation and Governance.
 
Pilar's consistent efforts in further championing the welfare of children as demonstrated in its commitment to advance the children's rights across the critical domain of the five key indicators after it passed the annual CFLG Audit resulted to the conferment of the SEAL.

This year, the CFLG SEAL is another testament of LGU-Pilar's firm commitment to make the World For Children a haven of safe, nurturing, caring and inclusive environment, hence, it passionately working towards child-friendly communities.

The CFLG Seal was received by LGU-Pilar's MSWDO, Ms. Anilin L. Bon with MLGOO Edcela M. Gubia at Legazpi Convention Center, Legazpi City. (Pilar PIO)
