OIC-Municipal Administrator, Engr. Arthur John S. Garchitorena announces this morning, April 25,2022 during the Flag Raising Ceremony that two equally important Assessments are underway to test the performance of Pilar as a Local Government Unit. First, the Solid Waste Management 10- Year Plan is set on April 26, 2022 in DENR ROV in Rawis , Legaspi City where the Solid Waste Management Board will defend it for its approval by the Central Office. Second, the Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) Regional Assessment which is slated on Thursday, April 28,2022.
