LGU Pilar Provides Hot Meals for Strandees at Municipal Port
PILAR, SORSOGON- The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Pilar headed by Municipal Mayor Carolyn C. Sy-Reyes, through the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), has been providing hot meals to individuals stranded at the Pilar Municipal Port since yesterday.
This initiative, fully funded by the LGU, underscores the municipality's commitment to ensuring that those affected are properly nourished and cared for during their stay.
In collaboration with other local offices, the MSWDO continues to manage the distribution of meals, highlighting the LGU's dedication to swift assistance and public welfare in times of need.
