DOH launched its National Deployment and Vaccination Plan for COVID-19 in support to the implementation of sustainable immunization program in the Philippines. Henceforth, the municipality of Pilar provides Guidelines in the registration to avail vaccine in the Municipality of Pilar, to wit;

General Note:  Any resident signifying its willingness to avail vaccine shall be registered in the COVID 19 ELECTRONIC IMMUNIZATION REGISTRATION (CEIR).

 

  1. All residents of Pilar, who are WILLING TO AVAIL COVID-19 VACCINE may contact via call or text Pilar RHU Hotline Number: 0931-056-2572, to provide his/her Personal Details such as Name, Address, Age and other information needed. If you contact:
    1. via text, RHU Personnel may call you to ensure your registration and may request details from the resident in filling-out the CEIR;
    2. via call, the RHU personnel shall proceed in assisting in filing up the CEIR.
  2. All residents of Pilar who are WILLING TO AVAIL VACCINE may also coordinate with the Barangay in two ways:
    1. Via Radio Call- Residents may coordinate with the Barangay Officials and consult RHU thru Radio Call.
    2. Via HRH Assigned- Residents may coordinate with the Barangay thru its Human Resource for Health (HRH)- Assigned in the Barangay for the registration on the availment of vaccine.

 

Important reminder:  Schedule of Person to be vaccinated shall vary depending on the Priority Population Group released by Interim National Immunization Technical Advisory Group (iNITAG) for COVID-19 Vaccines under Resolution No. 01, Series of 2021 which was adopted by the National IATF on its Resolution No. 98, Series of 2021.

 

The Priority Population Group is hereby summarized as follows:

  1. A1: Frontline workers in health facilities both national and local, private and public, health professionals and non-professionals like students in health and allied professions courses with clinical responsibilities, nursing aides, janitors, barangay health workers, etc.
  2. A2: Senior Citizens aged 60 years old and above
  3. A3: Persons with comorbidities not otherwise included in the presceding categories
  4. A4: Frontline Personnel in essential sectors including uniformed personnel and those in working sectors identified by the IATF essential during ECQ
  5. A5: Indigent Population not otherwise included in the preceding categories
  6. B1: Teachers, Social Workers
  7. B2: Other Government Workers
  8. B3: Other essential workers
  9. B4: Socio-demographic groups at significantly higher risk other than senior citizens and indigenous people.
  10. B5: Overseas Filipino Workers
  11. B6: Rest of the Filipino population not otherwise included in the above groups.

 

Upon the Availability of the Vaccine, RESBAKUNA was officially launched on March 27,2021 and we have vaccinated some of our frontline health workers and shall continue as planned as soon as the vaccines are available.

Please be reminded that all residents who have successfully registered shall wait for their schedule depending on the above-said priority list.

We also encourage the Senior Citizens to register as early as they can, since they are next on the priority list.

 

Data Privacy Notice: All collected information shall be subject to Data Privacy Act of 2012. LGU Pilar shall ensure security on the actual transfer of data or any physical submission of data to be Department of Health.
