LGU PILAR successfully PASSED the Eligibility and Certification Process under Rule lll of DOLE-DOH-DILG-DOT-DTI Joint Memorandum Circular No. 21-01 Series of 2021 as the Implementing Guidelines of the Safety Seal Certification Program.
Pilar undergone the keen and intensive Inspection on August 19, 2021 administered by the Provincial Inspection Team composed of DILG, PNP and BFP and finally conferred the SAFETY SEAL Certification by the issuing authorities.
