Pilar, Sorsogon - PD Arnel Madrideo, DILG Sorsogon Provincial Director pays visit to Pilar to meet Mayor Carolyn C. Sy-Reyes and the Heads of Department and Offices on March 1, 2023 at 2:00PM at the Executive Hall of LGU Complex. The Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) is the core function of his visit in preparation of the Assessment this April 2022.

He heads up the SGLG Team to look closely on the documents in all governance areas. Be focused on the outcome indicators. Pilar being continuously passing the prestigious award since 2015 is on its way to another SGLG Award this year having passed the CFLG and GOOD FINANCIAL HOUSEKEEPING which are pre requisite to becoming a potential passer.
