Pilar, Sorsogon - Barangay Malbog Rice and Vegetable Farmer Irrigators Association received the 1 unit 6-wheeler Truck amounting to Php 1,490,000.00 from Department of Agriculture (DA) under the KADIWA ni Ani at Kita Logistic Grant Program on March 9, 2023, 9:30 AM in Barangay Malbog, Pilar, Sorsogon.

The activity was attended by Pilar Mayor Hon. Carolyn C. Sy-Reyes and Mr. Alden Ragay from DA Agri-Business Marketing Assistance Division. Also in attendance are the LGU Officials and OMAG Personnel and the President of BMRVFIA, Sergio Reyes. KADIWA ni Ani at Kita is a market facilitation program of DA to help farmers to ensure that food commodities are made available and accessible in high consumer demand areas. The said Truck is a sure way to ease the Association in food supply distribution system. (Pilar PIO)
