Pilar Training Center first batch of CSS NC II scholars receive training support fund from TESDA PO
PILAR, SORSOGON- Computer System Servicing NC II scholars of Pilar Training Center (PTC) received the first tranche of their training allowance from the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Provincial Office on June 3, 2024.
Twenty-five (25) scholars of CSS NC II are the first batch of scholar-beneficiaries enrolled in Pilar Training Center of LGU-Pilar, an accredited training center of TESDA.
They completed the 35-day training under the exceptional guidance of their CSS NC II trainer Mr. Ronald Emutan. The application for their competency assessment schedule is underway with TESDA PO.
The said training is under TESDA’s Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP) which includes free assessment and 160/day training support fund.
The successful training program happens through the support of the ever dynamic Municipal Mayor Carolyn C. Sy-Reyes and assistance of Pilar Training Center Manager Ms. Ma. Annie L. Perete.
Moreover, the collaboration between LGU Pilar and TESDA aims to produce skilled and competent Pilareños to achieve professional goals. (Pilar PIO)
