This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard. 

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. NEW OIC ADMINISTRATOR NAMED

PILAR, SORSOGON- Mr Arnol P. Lista EnP, MGDH 1(LDRRMO) assumes to office as LGU-Pilar's OIC-Municipal Administrator by virture of an Executive Order No. 44 Series of 2024 issued on August 1, 2024 by Hon. Carolyn C Sy-Reyes, Municipal Mayor of Pilar.

The Executive Order was made due to the resignation of the then Municipal Administrator, Engr Arthur John S. Garchitorena whose resignation took effect on August 1, 2024 due to health reasons.(Pilar PIO)
