PILAR, SORSOGON- In a landmark effort to improve emergency response capabilities, the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Pilar under the leadership of Municipal Mayor Carolyn "Sweet" C. She emphasized the importance of the ETVs in ensuring timely medical attention, particularly in critical situations where rapid response is crucial.
