The Special Area for Agricultural Development (SAAD) – Sosogon held orientation for the fisherman’s of Pilar & Castilla in Bonifacio Covered Court on June 14, 2018. Led by Arnaldo Romeo A. Claveran (Provincial Fisheries Officer) and Clemencio A. Reciproco (Regional Focal Person/SAAD/Chief, FPD).
