Reclassification of lot from its current usage to other usage is done to conform with zoning and land use laws, rules and regulations.

  2. Municipal Development Council’s endorsement;

ISSUANCE OF LICENSE TO ESTABLISH, MAINTAIN

AND OPERATE COCKPIT ARENA

(Sec. 447, par. 3(v))

 

About the Service:

Issuance of License to Establish, Maintain, and Operate Cockpit Arena to legitimize operation in this jurisdiction.

 

Client:  

Natural or Juridical person

 

Requirements:

New Application:

  1. Application letter
  2. Location and vicinity plan of the cockpit
  3. Cockpit building plan/design with adequate parking space
  4. Certification from the MPDC that the cockpit is not within 150 lineal meters from existing residential and commercial areas, hospitals, schools, churches and other public buildings.
  5. Locational clearance
  6. Certified copy of land title
  7. Certified copy of latest tax declaration
  8. Official receipts of real property tax or tax clearance
  9. DAR clearance or DAR conversion order, whichever is applicable
  10. In the absence of the next preceding requirement, an application for DAR conversion, in which case the license may be granted on the condition that the next preceding requirement be complied with within a given time as determined by the Sangguniang Bayan
  11. Environmental Certificate Clearance, Certificate of Non-coverage or Exemption, whichever is applicable
  12. Sanitary permit; and
  13. Barangay clearance

 

Renewal:

  1. Official receipt of real property tax payment for the past three years or real property tax clearance
  2. Business permit for the past three years
  3. Proof of payment of amusement tax for the past three years
  4. Contract of lease, if applicant is not the owner of the lot where cockpit is located
