PROCEDURES OBTAINING CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY IN THE PILAR INTERFAITH MEMORIAL PARK
STEP 1
Secure Death Certificate/Burial Permit of Transfer of remains as the case may be from the Local Civil Registrar (Submit Photocopy to PIHC Office)
STEP 2
Prepare photocopy of Death Certificate with Burial Permit No.
STEP 3
Submit to PIHC Clerk for verification and interview needed data for Application Form
STEP 4
PIHC Clerk will type and records the Application Form.
STEP 5
Pay One Hundred Pesos (P 100.00) at The Municipal Treasurer’s Office for
application Fee and other applicable fees and ask for Official Receipt
STEP 6
Secure Internment Permit from Pilar Interfaith Office
STEP 7
Coordinate with the Memorial Caretaker

ABOUT THE SERVICE :
Pilar Interfaith and Heritage Council (PIHC) serves as implementation body or administration & supervision of Pilar Civil Cemetery also known as Pilar Interfaith Memorial Park as well as the Interfaith & Heritage & Projects of the municipality.
